Ham pasta with egg, onion and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 400 g ham
  • 5 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Paprika powder
  • curry
  • 1 bag of cheese (mozzarella), grated
  • some chives, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel the onions and garlic and cut into 1 cm cubes. Dice the ham as well. Sauté the onions and garlic in a large pan with a little oil until translucent, then add the ham. Then add the eggs and season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, paprika, and curry powder. Mix everything well until the egg is set. Drain the pasta and add it. Sprinkle with cheese and mix well. Finally, sprinkle with fresh chives. A very tasty, quick, and inexpensive dish. Serve with a delicious salad.
