Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 200 g ham
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, small
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the eggs and dice the ham and leek. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh whole-grain bread.
