Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 onions
  • 2 stewed cucumbers or 6 salad cucumbers
  • oil
  • 1 liter of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Fry the minced meat with the finely chopped onions in oil. Add the finely diced cucumber and sauté. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Season to taste. Serve with boiled potatoes.
