Hamburger and cheeseburger sauce

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 ml salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp dressing (French dressing)
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp onion(s), dried from the spice rack, or very finely chopped fresh
  • 8 tbsp gherkins, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp relish (cucumber relish)
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight. Before adding the sauce to the burgers, heat it in the microwave for 0.5-1 minute. This sauce truly tastes like the original from the famous burger chain.
