Ingredients

for brushing:

  • 200 ml Lukewarm water
  • 0,5 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 piece Yeast cubes
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 4 tablespoon Milk lukewarm
  • 10 g Salt
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 80 g Melted butter
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • The water and milk should be 40 °, add the sugar, crumble the fresh yeast and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then add the egg, salt, liquid butter and dry yeast. Sieve in the flour and knead everything into a smooth dough. With an electric stirrer, kneading machine, by hand or simply in the baking machine and put on dough. That would be the simplest option. Then you could start dividing immediately after the finished clay.
  • So after kneading, let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour, it should double. Now knead again and divide into 8 equal parts for buns. About 125 grams each. Shape balls and press flat to 2 cm. Place on a baking sheet with baking paper and let rise for another hour.
  • Whisk the egg with the water and milk, brush the buns and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake at 200 ° in the preheated oven on the middle rack 15 - 20. Wooden stick sample. Allow to cool on a grill.
  • If hot dogs buns are desired, simply make 12-14 rolls and bake in the same way.
  • I've tried many recipes, baked them, changed them and threw them away. Here is one thing that is not tasteless and does not crumble. Here you can confidently pack a big burger of 250 grams with all the side dishes without it soaking through immediately.
