Spaghetti Side Dish

- 250 g Spaghetti
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 Pc. Green peppers
- 150 g Jagdwurst
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 20 g Chanterelles
- 1 Pc. Hot peppers
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pr Pepper
- 1 Pr Sugar
- 150 g Grated Emmental
- Grandma and grandchild wanted tomato sauce …. Grandpa wanted something new ….
- Put the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water … and let it simmer …
- Core the paprika, peel the onion … and chop it together with the hunting sausage …. Finely chop the peppers …. Chanterelles come from my frozen storage …..
- Fry everything together vigorously in the butter, stirring constantly …..
