Hamburger Buns

- 300 g Lukewarm water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 cube Yeast
- 600 g Flour
- 30 g Sunflower oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg yolk
- 3 tbsp Water
- Sesame
- Mix lukewarm water with salt and sugar in a bowl. Crumble the yeast and stir gently for about 2 minutes until it has dissolved.
- Put the flour, oil and an egg in the bowl and knead first with the dough hook on the hand mixer, then with your hands to form an even dough.
- Flour the work surface and divide the dough into ten parts – the best way to do this is to first halve the lump of dough, then divide the two halves into five parts each. Shape the 10 pieces of dough into round rolls.
- Line the baking sheet with baking paper, place the rolls on top, cover with a dry kitchen towel and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 175 ° C top and bottom heat and mix the egg yolks with the water. Brush the rolls with the egg-water mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
