Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 6 tsp ketchup
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 100 g cucumber salad, Danish
  • hamburger sauce
  • possibly fried onions
  • possibly bacon
  • 6 slice(s) Scheibletten (processed cheese slices) (Chester)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and dice the onion, and fry it in a pan with a little fat until translucent. Season the minced meat, add it to the pan, and fry until crumbly. In the meantime, halve the hamburger buns and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup on each bun and place a lettuce leaf on top. Now spread the cooked minced meat over the buns. If you want to add bacon, fry it in the pan until crispy. Then spread some hamburger sauce, bacon if desired, tomato and cucumber slices, and perhaps fried onions and sliced ​​bacon. Now place the tops of the hamburger buns on top. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 to 15 minutes.
