Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious sauce for quick hamburgers

Finely chop the onion and cucumber, then simply mix everything together. Adjust seasoning if desired. I always make the dressing ahead of time when I’m going to a barbecue and don’t want to lug a ton of burger ingredients around. I make my burgers with it like this: hamburger buns (grilled briefly, or microwaved for 15 seconds at home), meat, dressing, cheese if desired, top with the lid, and you’re done. It tastes phenomenal and has a bit of a Big Mac flavor.
