Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place it in a blender along with the milk and salt. Blend everything with an immersion blender until fluffy. Gradually add the oil until the mixture thickens (this takes about 5 minutes). Refrigerate and stir in the parsley just before serving. Tastes especially good with white bread and grilled meat.
