Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, fry the meat until crumbly and brown, season generously with salt and pepper, and set aside. Peel and wash the tomatoes and slice them. Drain the cucumbers and slice them lengthwise, and cut the onions into rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the white onions over medium heat until translucent. Tear the bottom halves of the burger buns into small pieces and arrange them in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, ketchup, and mustard and drizzle the sauce evenly over the torn buns. Spread the minced meat on top. Top with the tomatoes, cucumbers, and white and red onions. Spread all but 2 tablespoons of the cheese on top and cover with the top halves of the burger buns. Garnish with the remaining cheese. Bake the burger casserole in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection not suitable) for 10-15 minutes.
