Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml tomato ketchup
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, or similar
  • 1 shot of red wine (white wine also works)
  • 1 tsp, leveled cayenne pepper (less if mild desired)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp ajvar
  • 1 pinch(s) of chili flakes or powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

much more than ketchup

Simply heat everything together until it starts to bubble. Then turn down the heat and heat for a few more minutes. It tastes much better with sausage than just plain ketchup. The specified amount should easily be enough for three large sausages.
