Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml tomato ketchup
- 100 g tomato paste
- 100 ml water
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, or similar
- 1 shot of red wine (white wine also works)
- 1 tsp, leveled cayenne pepper (less if mild desired)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp ajvar
- 1 pinch(s) of chili flakes or powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
much more than ketchup
Simply heat everything together until it starts to bubble. Then turn down the heat and heat for a few more minutes. It tastes much better with sausage than just plain ketchup. The specified amount should easily be enough for three large sausages.
