Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g Harzer cheese with noble mold
  • Paprika powder
  • rosemary
  • Thyme
  • optional spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

suitable for Dukan, LowCarb, LowFat, Logi, Montignac

Cut the Harzer cheese into thin slices (approx. 1 mm) and place them side by side on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with paprika, rosemary, thyme, or other spices to your liking and place in a cold oven. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Once this temperature is reached, bake for approximately 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned. Caution: The cheese will expand during this process, so don’t place it too high on the baking sheet! Let it cool and enjoy!
