Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 dashes lemon juice
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml water
  • 60 ml Amaretto
  • 60 ml white rum (Bacardi)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

makes 1 liter

Combine everything in a blender and blend until a creamy liqueur forms. Pour into a bottle and keep refrigerated.
