Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 rolls of Harzer cheese, 200 g each
- 1 Limburger, 200 g
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tsp raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp salad herbs
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Thinly slice the onions. Cut the cheeses into 1 cm thick cubes. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Bread or fried potatoes go well with the dish.
