  • 3 carrots
  • 1 head of lettuce of your choice
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • e.g. sheep’s cheese
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • n. B. Bread(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spread the hummus generously in a bowl. Wash the lettuce and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the carrots. Finely chop the avocado, cucumber, and bell pepper. Add everything to the hummus bowl along with the feta cheese. If desired, you can serve it with bread. You can find hummus recipes in the database.
