Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ tube(s) of tomato paste or 1 small can tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 200 ml red wine
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 cube of stock
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Dice onions and sauté in oil until translucent. Add ground beef and fry. Add stock cubes, tomato paste, and red wine, and bring to a boil. Make sure there’s enough liquid in the pan; add more water if necessary. Season to taste with pepper, paprika, salt, and cream. Tip: Red wine can also be substituted for stock.
