Finnish pike soup

Peel and finely chop the onions and sauté them in butter in a large pot until translucent. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm cubes. Heat the water and fish stock in a second pot. Cut the pike fillets into larger pieces. When the onions are translucent, add the hot liquid, salt, allspice and potatoes. When the potatoes are tender, add the pike pieces to the pot. Bring the milk to a boil and add it as well. Let the pike simmer in the soup over a low heat for 5-10 minutes until cooked through. Wash the dill, pat dry, finely chop and add it last. Season the fish soup with salt and allspice and serve immediately.
