Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 slices of toast (wholemeal sandwich toast)
- 6 slice(s) roast pork (crust roast)
- 1 can pineapple, sliced, lightly sugared
- 1 pack of shrimp(s), natural
- 12 slices of cheese (Maasdam sandwich cheese)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes
Preheat oven to approximately 180-200°C (top and bottom heat). The bread dries out faster with fan-assisted cooking, and pre-toasting is not recommended. Place the bread on a rack lined with baking paper. Let the pineapple drain slightly on kitchen paper. First, place the roast pork and then the pineapple on the slices of toast, then arrange the shrimp on top. Place two slices of Maasdam cheese on each slice and bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes. The cheese should melt and the toast should be crispy.
