Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pizza dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), sliced
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces (drained weight 260 g)
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp cranberry compote
  • Fat for the mold
  • 100 g crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Roll out the dough slightly larger than the quiche pan. Grease the pan, place the dough in the pan, and pull up a small edge. Dice the ham and drain the pineapple well. Mix the cream cheese with the eggs and crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper, and fold in the pineapple, ham, and cheese. Spread the mixture over the quiche base and bake the quiche for 20 minutes. Serve warm with the cranberries.
