Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork, shredded
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 can mushrooms, possibly fresh
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 125 ml cream
- 30 g flour
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the meat in hot fat on level 3, add the thinly sliced mushrooms, and let it simmer. Add the spices and deglaze with hot water. Simmer the dish for about 20-25 minutes on level 1. Finally, add the pineapple, season the sauce with cream, and thicken with a little flour.
