Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple from the can
  • 4 slices of processed cheese (e.g. Chester)
  • Margarine or butter or mustard
  • 1 egg(s) (fried egg), if necessary
  • 1 tomato(s) – slice, if desired
  • 1 tsp cranberries or tomato paste or emperor cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightly toast the bread. Spread with margarine, butter, or mustard. Arrange all ingredients on the toast in order. Top with a fried egg or tomato slice, if desired. Place in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted golden brown (180°C, approx. 6-10 minutes). Before serving, garnish the cheese and pineapple with cranberries. Serve with lettuce, iceberg lettuce, or mixed salad.
