  • 1 schnitzel (Wiener Schnitzel)
  • 2 slices of Emmental cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 roll
  • e.g. ketchup
  • e.g. mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Fry the schnitzel in the pan until golden brown on both sides. Add the Emmental cheese and bacon to the schnitzel and grill in the oven on the highest setting until the cheese is melted. Cut the schnitzel in half and place it on the sliced ​​bread roll. Top with ketchup and mayonnaise, fold the bread roll shut, and serve.
