Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bunch arugula
- 1 package of feta cheese or goat cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 2 handfuls of black olives, pitted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 small melon(s) (watermelon)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and remove the seeds. Dice the cheese and add it. Chop the arugula, slice the olives, and crush the walnuts. Mix all ingredients.
