Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 50 g cornstarch
- 100 g flour
- ¾ pack of baking powder
- 300 g hazelnuts
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Cream the butter with the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Thoroughly mix in the remaining ingredients (cornstarch, flour, baking powder, hazelnuts, chocolate chips, and salt) one at a time. Pour the batter into a greased 25 cm loaf pan and bake at 150°C (convection oven) for 50 minutes. Baking times can vary greatly; mine always take a little longer, so keep an eye on them!
