Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g powdered sugar
- some vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix all ingredients and knead thoroughly. Form some dough into a ball the size of a cocktail tomato, roll the ball into a log about 5-7 cm long, and bend it into a horseshoe shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 160-180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
