Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 shot of milk
  • Vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For 12 cupcakes and muffins, sweet and airy

Beat the butter until white and fluffy. Sift the powdered sugar over the mixture in 2-3 portions and beat for another 5 minutes. Add the vanilla extract and milk (or food coloring if desired). Scrape out the vanilla pod and stir in. Continue beating the butter mixture until well blended and fluffy. Do not refrigerate, or it will harden!
