Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g margarine, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- 500 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Beat margarine with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add vanilla sugar, hazelnuts, and flour, and knead into a dough. Chill for about 1 hour. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut out shapes. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (preheated oven). Decorate as desired.
