Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ kg carrot(s)
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp coriander, ground
- 100 ml water
- 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- lamb’s lettuce
- parsley for garnishing
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Slice the carrots diagonally, wedge the onion, and sauté both in oil. Add the water and balsamic vinegar, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes. The carrots should still have a bite. Season to taste. Arrange the lamb’s lettuce on plates and top with the carrots and marinade. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
