Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 40 g fresh yeast
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • some fat for the mold
  • e.g. sunflower seeds
  • n. B. Poppy
  • e.g. sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine the flour and sunflower seeds with the salt. Crumble the yeast into the mixture and drizzle with the honey, continuing to knead. Add water and knead. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1/2 hour. Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan and sprinkle with the seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for 35-40 minutes.
