Healthy carrot drink

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey, approx.
  • 1 pinch of anise
  • 250 g kefir
  • Pepper, white
  • possibly coriander, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and trim the carrots, then finely grate them. Then, add the ingredients (minus the pepper) to the blender, but for the first blend, only add half the amount of kefir. Blend. Once everything is thoroughly blended, add the second half of the kefir and blend thoroughly again. Before pouring the shake into glasses, season with pepper. You can also add a pinch of coriander, if you like. This is a light, exotic drink that’s perfect as a complete breakfast or as a snack.
