Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g oat flakes
  • 1 cup milk or milk substitute, I recommend almond milk (coffee cup)
  • 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 banana(s) or 100 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

The night before, combine the oats and cocoa in a bowl and stir until everything is evenly distributed. Then add the milk or milk substitute and stir again. The next morning, slice the banana or strawberries and stir in.
