Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 35 g spelt flakes, fine
  • 15 g coconut flakes
  • 10 g almonds, chopped
  • 6 g flaxseed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 g dark chocolate, grated
  • ½ tsp baking cocoa
  • 120 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 30 g raspberries, fresh
  • some coconut chips
  • some walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a cereal bowl. Heat the milk in the microwave. Once the milk is warm, pour it over the ingredients in the cereal bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes, until the milk is absorbed. Stir everything once. Then top with the fresh raspberries, coconut chips, and walnuts and simply enjoy.
