Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk, I use almond milk
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • ½ tsp baking powder, optional
  • Coconut oil for baking
  • n. B. Fruits, fresh
  • e.g. maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with only 3 ingredients – vegan and sugar-free, always successful and long-lasting

For a smooth texture, first finely grind the oats in a blender. Then add the milk, banana, and baking powder and blend everything. For a quicker alternative, you can also blend all the ingredients together. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Heat the coconut oil in a nonstick pan. Add 1-2 tablespoons of batter to each pancake and cook the pancakes for about two minutes on each side over medium heat. Stack the pancakes on a plate and serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
