Ingredients
- 250 g Oatmeal
- 50 g Millet flakes
- 50 g Maple syrup
- 40 g Coconut oil
- 80 g Peanut butter crunchy
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Raisins as desired
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a small saucepan and heat with coconut oil, nut butter and maple syrup until all the ingredients can be mixed together. Mix this mixture with the oat and millet flakes. Stir in the egg and, if necessary, fold in the raisins.
- Roll out the dough approx. 0.5 cm thick and cut out any shapes. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 8 minutes at 180 degrees until golden yellow.
