Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g carrot(s), approx. 4 medium-sized
  • 2 apples
  • 1 orange(s), organic
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  • e.g. oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the carrots and grate them finely. If you like, you can also peel the apples, but the skin contains many healthy nutrients. Grate the apples finely as well. Mix both with honey, rapeseed oil, and the orange juice. If desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal.
