Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of rice paper
- n. B. vegetables, e.g. red cabbage, sweet potatoes, carrots, baby spinach, spring onions
- n. B. Fruits, e.g. avocado, strawberries, kiwi
- sesame
- Chia seeds
- e.g. coriander
- n. B. Sprouts
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Soak one rice sheet at a time in warm water. Once soft, remove it, let it drain slightly, and place it on a clean work surface. While the next rice sheet is soaking, prepare the first summer roll. Place a few coriander leaves and sesame seeds in the center of the rice sheet. Top horizontally with kiwi, carrot, cucumber strips, sprouts, and spinach, as desired. To roll, fold the sides of the sheet over the filling, then roll up from the bottom.
