Heart-shaped Buttercream Cake
The perfect heart-shaped buttercream cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Sponge cake for a heart-shaped one from my KB
- 750 g Milk
- 1,5 packet Custard powder
- 1,5 packet German quality butter
- 150 gr Sugar
- Make a pudding from the milk, sugar and pudding powder. Let it cool down and be careful not to pull any skin.
- Bring the butter to room temperature with the pudding (also room temperature) and stir into a buttercream. Cut the sponge cake 3 times horizontally and fill with the cream.
- Form roses and leaves from the Maripan and decorate with them.
