Pizza Palmito Bahia

For the dough, I use the recipe from Memphisbelle: http://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/170951074091137/Original-Pizzateig.html For the sauce, put all the ingredients in a blender. Then spread the sauce on the pizza with a spoon. Then add the hearts of palm and bacon. Add the tomatoes, season lightly with salt, and then cover with basil. Then add the peppers, onions, chilies, garlic, and mozzarella. Bake in the oven at full temperature using top and bottom heat for 10-15 minutes. The quantities are for two round baking trays, each 30 cm in diameter. Tip: If there is too much liquid, cut the pizza into eighths and let it dry out for a few minutes using bottom heat. There is a lot of topping, and if the heat is too low (below 220°C), it will absorb liquid, but don’t worry, it tastes good.
