Ingredients
- 300 g Whole wheat flour
- 300 g Mashed bananas
- 80 g Sugar
- 10 tbsp Milk
- 125 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 75 g Chopped walnuts
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
Instructions
- Beat the sugar and butter until frothy. Then gradually stir in the eggs, banana, milk, walnuts and finally the flour mixed with baking powder.
- Pour the dough into a loaf pan and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then set it down to about 160 degrees, otherwise the bread will be too dark.
