Hearty Banana Bread

The perfect hearty banana bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Whole wheat flour
  • 300 g Mashed bananas
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 10 tablespoon Milk
  • 125 g Soft butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 75 g Chopped walnuts
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  1. Beat the sugar and butter until frothy. Then gradually stir in the eggs, banana, milk, walnuts and finally the flour mixed with baking powder.
  2. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then set it down to about 160 degrees, otherwise the bread will be too dark.
