Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Whole wheat flour
  • 300 g Mashed bananas
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 10 tbsp Milk
  • 125 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 75 g Chopped walnuts
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Beat the sugar and butter until frothy. Then gradually stir in the eggs, banana, milk, walnuts and finally the flour mixed with baking powder.
  • Pour the dough into a loaf pan and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then set it down to about 160 degrees, otherwise the bread will be too dark.
