Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg Brussels sprouts, spruce, tiered caps
- 1 large onion(s)
- 500 g mushrooms
- 500 g smoked pork neck
- 1 liter of broth
- 2 pieces of Gelderland bacon
- Pepper, plenty
- possibly salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sprouting up, tiered capping up
Slice the onions into strips and cook them in the broth with the bacon. Then add the cleaned Brussels sprouts and the cleaned and halved mushrooms. Bring to a boil briefly. Dice the smoked pork and add it to the soup. Bring to a boil again briefly. Season with plenty of pepper and add salt if desired.
