Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g biscuits (Christmas cookies)
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 200 g cream, whipped
  • 5 sheets of gelatin
  • Rum as desired
  • Powdered sugar as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Grind the leftover Christmas cookies in a blender. Add the yogurt. Soak and dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions. Mix 3 tablespoons of the yogurt-cookie mixture with the gelatin. Fold this mixture into the remaining cookie-yogurt mixture. Fold in the whipped cream. If desired, flavor with rum and sweeten with powdered sugar. Refrigerate for one hour.
