Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork, diced
- 500 g potatoes, diced
- 2 leeks, cut into rings
- 500 g white cabbage, sliced
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- some sugar
- 1 tsp savory
- ½ liter broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Brown the pork well on all sides in hot fat. Layer the potatoes, leeks, and white cabbage over the meat. Season with salt, pepper, a little sugar, and savory. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
