Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 m.-sized potato(s), raw
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red
- 1 egg(s), size M
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 150 g corn flour
- salt and pepper
- Spice(s) as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the potato and cut it into eighths. Peel and cut the onion into eighths. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Form into nuggets with wet hands. Fry the nuggets in a pan. Alternatively, they can also be prepared in an air fryer or in the oven if you prefer a lower-fat version. Personally, I prefer pan-frying.
