Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g chicken fillet(s)
- e.g. milk
- n. B. Hazelnuts, ground
- n. B. Flour
- Salt
- e.g. fat for frying

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
without breadcrumbs and eggs
Wash the meat, pat dry, and cut into small pieces (nuggets). Season with salt. Coat first in flour, then in milk and grated hazelnuts. Then fry in fat. It’s perfect with salad and has a super nutty flavor. It was actually a “makeshift” solution since I didn’t have any breadcrumbs or eggs at home, but it tasted so good that I’ll make it again and again.
