Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 eggs
- 500 g mayonnaise
- 1 pack of dill
- 1 pack of parsley
- 1 pack of chives
- 1 pack of herbs (8 herbs)
- Horseradish (cream)
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- salt and pepper
- Vinegar
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs and halve them. Prepare a savory marinade with the mayo, frozen herbs, and creamed horseradish. Season with pepper, salt, and a little vinegar to taste; don’t forget the sugar. Finally, stir in the finely diced bell pepper. Place the eggs in a bowl, cover with the marinade, and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight.
