Hearty Pearl Barley Pot
The perfect hearty pearl barley pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Barley pearl barley, or ebly, is a bit coarser!
- 1 Red Diced paprika
- 1 Diced onion
- 100 g Diced zucchini
- 100 g Corn, canned food
- 100 g Kidney beans, canned
- 200 g Mushroom heads, canned food
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- 2 Toes Chopped garlic
- 150 g Debreziner / spicy in wheels / approx. 5 pieces.
- Seasoned Salt
- Garlic pepper
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Chili powder
- Oil
- And OF COURSE I forgot something again! 😀
- 1 Handful Dried tomatoes in strips
- Prepare pearl barley or Ebly according to the instructions on the package!
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion cubes until golden! Then add peppers and zucchini and sizzle with them. Season with salt and pepper! Fry for 5 minutes!
- Then drain the corn, kidney beans and mushrooms and add them too. Add chopped tomatoes with garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and stir well! Steam briefly!
- Add the depreziner and season to taste with herbal salt, garip pepper, salt and pepper! FOR ME IT WOULD BE HOT ENOUGH THROUGH THE SAUSAGE BUT MY FRIEND NEED MORE! 😀 So also chili powder! Who likes of course! Our chili powder comes directly from India! My friend was on Mondays! 🙂
