Hand-scraped Spaetzle with String Sausages

Spaetzle dough
- In my cookbook *
- 4 piece String sausages
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 chopped Onion
- Vegetable broth *
- 1 packet Speed lenses *
- 1 packet Pickles for decoration
- 1 packet Oranges for decoration

- Chop the onions, wash the carrots, peel them if necessary, otherwise just brush them off and cut as desired, add the lentils to the vegetable stock and bring to the boil and simmer for about 45 minutes. The moisture is almost simmering.
- While the lentils are cooking, make the spaetzle and the Viennese, or as they are called “string sausages” in Swabia, heat up and then arrange the plates nicely …. Enjoy your meal
