Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g quark
- 4 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 egg(s)
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 500 g broccoli
- ½ can corn
- 125 g raw ham (Katenschinken)
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 150 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with broccoli, corn, ham and cheese
Cut the broccoli into florets. Boil the water and add the broccoli florets when it boils. Cook the florets for about 6-10 minutes. Then prepare the quark and oil dough. To do this, place the quark, milk, oil, egg, and salt in a bowl. Whisk the ingredients until smooth. Then add the flour and baking powder. Knead with the dough hook of a hand mixer for about 3 minutes until a large “lump” of dough forms. Then roll out the dough evenly on a baking sheet with a rolling pin. Spread the herb crème fraîche evenly over the rolled out dough. Arrange the broccoli florets, corn, and ham on top, and sprinkle with the grated Gouda cheese. Bake on the middle rack at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
