Hearty Soup
The perfect hearty soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Beef soup
- 500 g White stages
- 2 liter Vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh celery
- Fresh carrots
- Fresh broccoli
- Fresh leeks
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh onion
- This soup was created in free style and can be varied by everyone according to their own taste. Stock: Halve 2 onions and let them take toasted aromas in a hot saucepan. Add 2 liters of water and add various vegetable cuts (e.g. carrots, celery, leeks or whatever else the fridge has to offer). Cook the soup meat with the thyme in the finished stock at a mild temperature and clarify the stock, a good 1.5 hours. At the same time, I cooked the white beans (soaked overnight for 24 hours). Since I still had leftover vegetables in the fridge, I steamed them separately. Puree half of the beans and add the other half as whole beans. Season with salt and pepper, add more herbs to your own taste. I think that you can “tinker” many delicious variations on this basis. I’m looking forward to your suggestions!
